We offer a very special product line as we specialize in Special Occasion, Formal Portrait, Church, and Christening Wear. Each customer is treated as a special order, and because of the nature of our product line, any item purchased is only returnable if returned within 3 days of receipt, in ORIGINAL NEW condition, UNWORN with ORIGINAL TAGS attached in the appropriate place, and in original packaging. This is to protect the integrity of our product and you, our loyal customer. Unfortunately, shipping is not refundable.
What is the mark on my fine dress?
The weave of dupioni silk contains minor irregularities. These are characteristics of fine silk yarn and should not be regarded as faults. Vegetable dyes are used in the dying process to compliment the natural silk. Dupioni silk is dyed and woven by hand and consequently the colors may vary slightly and contain slight weave markings.
Also, occasionally (although rarely) there will be a slight mark near the embroidery of the garment. This is inherent to a hand-embroidered garment, and the reason why these garments are cherished, saved, and passed on for generations.
Can I try two sizes and return one?
We understand that there are times you would like to try more than one size. If we have the items available in both sizes, we will be happy to ship two sizes with the intent that you will return one. Since this increases our costs, we must charge a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount on the returned item.
How will I know what size to order?

How do I make a return?
Please email customerservice@nanasdarlings.com to request an RAN (Return Authorization Number) for your return. Be sure to write your RAN on the outside of your box. Returns without a RAN on the outside of the box will be refused. RAN's are valid for 3 days. We advise using an insured carrier that includes tracking like UPS or postal service. All returns must take place within 3 days of receipt items.

We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.
If orders are shipped with any type of promotion the value of the promotion will be deducted from your purchase credit.
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we received your return.
50% RESTOCKING FEE:
Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. A 50% inspection fee will be charged for refused deliveries. We sincerely regret having to implement this policy.
